Board of Voltamp Transformers recommends final dividend As on : 05-May-26  14:14

Voltamp Transformers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 5 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 100 per equity Share (i.e. 1000%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
